i found parking spaces easily, a relief. the receptionist was very polite and helpful, always ready with a smile. the hot shower had great water pressure and temperature, a real treat after a long day.

The room had a sign that showed how to use the locks. there was another sign on the back of the door! It gave information about codes, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. The entry to the hotel and my room felt easy and safe. I appreciated this very much. The staff displayed amazing, cute service. I felt so pleased.
I noticed the carpet might benefit from deep cleaning because a towel became quite dirty when I tried to dry a small water spill. I did not have a problem with it.

the room was very clean and secure. i appreciated the tea and coffee facilities it had. netflix provided free entertainment on the tv. the wifi signal was also excellent .
The shower temperature was sensitive. It was hard to adjust.

plenty of shops are nearby the hotel. i discovered many takeaways with various cuisines. this made grabbing a quick bite very convenient.

Self check in was easy. This system allows for late arrivals without worry. staff quickly resolved my radiator issue after i called. this quick response added to a smooth experience.

the smart tv worked fine for bbc iplayer, i will say that.
the room need a new matress, it felt pretty springy. also, the shower was blocked, i managed to fix it myself though. not sure why i had to do it.
